All orders are shipped from Melbourne, Australia.

We currently only ship within Australia but watch this space…

For all Australian addresses, a flat rate of $10.95 for Standard shipping & $14.95 for Express post is applied at checkout.

Dispatch: 1–3 working days after purchase – all orders with the exclusion of any Victorian public holidays.

Delivery: Up to 5 working days after dispatch, depending on your location. Rural locations may take up to 2 weeks.orders are only shipped business days.

You will receive a confirmation email including tracking number once the order has been shipped.

No, all orders are final, however if you want to change your order (e.g. delivery address), email hello@bytbsco.com with your order details ASAP. We will try to help but if your order has already been shipped, we unfortunately can't make any changes or cancel.  

Note: By Tbs Co is not liable for non-delivery or mis-delivery where an incorrect address has been supplied to us by our customer. The customer will be held liable for the additional postage costs for any parcel that was returned to us as a result of incorrect address supplied at the time of ordering. 

For safety & hygiene purposes, By Tbs Co is unable to accept any return or exchange requests for cosmetic products once they have left our warehouse.
